This Privacy Policy explains how the game Orca: Hungry Whale Explorer ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. We built this game to be safe and fun for everyone, including children. Your privacy matters to us.
We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. The App does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Your game progress — such as coins, unlocked skins, level, and settings — is saved only on your own device. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the App removes this data.
If you choose to use the leaderboard, the App uses Apple Game Center to submit and display scores. This is an Apple service; any information involved is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive your Apple ID, name, or any personal information from Game Center. Game Center is optional and controlled by your device's settings.
The App offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases. All purchases are processed securely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information. Purchases are protected behind a parental gate to help prevent accidental purchases by children.
The App is suitable for children and complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children (or anyone). There are no third-party ads, no behavioral tracking, and no data collection. Purchases require a parental gate.
Aside from Apple's own services (Game Center and the App Store for purchases), the App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or trackers.
